In order to assure you receive the best print quality possible, please confirm your graphics meets the following artwork guidelines. Should there be an issue, you can rest at ease knowing that your artwork file goes through our two-stage preflight check prior to your final approval of the proof.
Accepted File Formats: TIFF, TIF, Best Quality PDF 300dpi minimum.
Color: Files should be generated and saved in CMYK format.
Fonts: All fonts should be 6pt or larger.
File Size: File Size should be sized 1/8 inch (0.125”) larger on both length and width than your actual print size.
Example: A 3.0” x 4.0” label should have a file size of 3.125” x 4.125”.
Bleed & Cutline: Cutline should be 1/16 inch (.0625”) from file edge allowing for bleed on all sides.
Example: A 3.0” x 4.0” label should have a file size of 3.125” x 4.125” with the expectation that a border of 1/16 inch (.0625) will be given as an allowance for the cutline outside the 3.0” x 4.0” label dimensions.
Artwork Inset: Label is required to have an inset border of at least 1/16 inch (0.0625) from any critical artwork or text to the cutline.
Example: A 3.0” x 4.0” label should have an inset border of 1/16 inch (0.0625) on all sides leaving an actual working area of 2.875” x 3.875” for all critical artwork and text.
NOTE: We cannot guarantee color builds to match the color you see on your monitor.
